How it all started
From a small server to a growing home base

It began with Minecraft
Twisted Gaming started as a small Minecraft community. Public servers limited what we could do, so TwistyTea took the leap and invested in our own hardware — and our first Minecraft hub was born.

The community grew
The Flameborn and Viking Hall communities joined in, expanding the variety of games we offered. After a server-provider mix-up, TwistyTea began hosting everything from his personal servers to keep things stable and reliable.

Passing on the craft
TwistyTea started teaching BigBaerTea69 the technical side of server management — which inspired him to buy his own server, expanding Twisted Gaming even further and opening space for new games and players.
The lore behind the ‘Tea’
Every time a new player joined our little world, the community would shout “TwistyTea!” — and at first, it drove him a little crazy. Before long it became a running joke, and soon everyone started adding “Tea” to their own names. It stuck.
Nowadays, anyone's welcome to add “Tea” to their name. It's not a rank or a title — just a playful nod to our roots, and we love seeing how creative everyone gets with it.
